By registering or participating as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Affiliate Program Participation
Affiliates may promote offers, campaigns, or services made available through the Striver Affiliates platform. Participation in the program is subject to approval and compliance with our policies.
Striver Affiliates reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Acceptable Marketing Practices
Affiliates agree to promote offers using lawful and ethical marketing practices.
Affiliates must not:
Engage in fraudulent activity
Generate fake leads or fake traffic
Use misleading or deceptive advertising
Send spam emails
Use unauthorized incentives unless approved
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
3. Traffic Quality
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all traffic generated is legitimate and complies with advertiser requirements.
Traffic sources must be transparent and must not include:
Bots or automated traffic
Fake registrations
Forced clicks
Fraudulent conversions
Striver Affiliates reserves the right to review traffic sources and reject any suspicious activity.
4. Commission and Payments
Affiliates may earn commissions based on valid conversions generated through approved campaigns.
Payments are subject to:
Verification of traffic quality
Advertiser approval
Compliance with program terms
Striver Affiliates reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud or policy violations.
5. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Striver Affiliates or its partners. Affiliates may not modify logos, trademarks, or brand assets without written permission.
6. Termination
Striver Affiliates reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates this Agreement or engages in fraudulent or unethical practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
Striver Affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Affiliate Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
