This Advertiser Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Striver Affiliates (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and any business, organization, or individual (“Advertiser”, “you”, or “your”) that wishes to promote campaigns through our affiliate network.
By submitting campaigns or participating as an advertiser on our platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Advertiser Participation
Advertisers may submit campaigns, offers, or promotional materials to be distributed through the Striver Affiliates network.
All campaigns are subject to review and approval. Striver Affiliates reserves the right to reject or remove any campaign at its discretion.
2. Campaign Requirements
Advertisers must ensure that all campaigns, advertisements, and landing pages comply with applicable laws and industry standards.
Advertisers must not promote:
Illegal products or services
Misleading or deceptive offers
Fraudulent schemes
Adult or restricted content without approval
All campaign details, including payout structure and conversion requirements, must be clearly defined.
3. Tracking and Reporting
Striver Affiliates may use tracking technologies to monitor clicks, leads, and conversions related to advertiser campaigns.
Advertisers agree that reported data from the network’s tracking systems will be used to determine performance and commission calculations.
4. Payments and Billing
Advertisers agree to fund campaigns and make payments according to agreed billing terms.
Failure to make payments may result in:
Campaign suspension
Removal from the network
Legal action if necessary
Striver Affiliates reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments in cases of fraud, invalid traffic, or policy violations.
5. Affiliate Conduct
Advertisers acknowledge that affiliates are independent partners promoting campaigns through their own marketing channels.
Striver Affiliates reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity but shall not be held liable for the conduct or actions of individual affiliates.
6. Intellectual Property
Advertisers grant Striver Affiliates permission to use campaign materials, logos, and marketing assets solely for the purpose of promoting campaigns within the affiliate network.
7. Termination
Striver Affiliates reserves the right to suspend or terminate any advertiser account or campaign that violates this Agreement or applicable policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Striver Affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the network or performance of affiliate campaigns.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Advertiser Agreement periodically. Continued use of the network services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
